超声扩展成像的临床应用

摘    要:目的:探讨Freestyle的临床应用前景。方法:对51例受检的不同部位进行常规实时超声,选择合适途径,自由移动探头采集扩展超声图像。结果:扩展成像对体积较大的器官或瘤体能清晰地显示其全貌,并能准确测量.结论:通过扩展成像增加实时超声的视野,弥补常规实时超声视野局限的不足,使得器官的组织结构及相邻组织的全貌完整显示。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the prospectiveness of freestyle clinical application. Methods In order to sample the outreach ultrasound imaging, the different parts of body in 51 cases had been studied by conventional real time ultrasound , through selecting appropriate routes and moving the probe freely. Results Large organs or tumours could be obsevered and measured clearly and accurately by the Freestyle. Conclusion Combining the outreach imaging with real time ultrasound, Freestyle can make up the limitation of the view field of real time ultrasound, and show the structure obsevered as well as nearby organs fully and perfectly.
