2种不同融合术式治疗双节段脊髓型颈椎病的疗效评价

目的:在前路颈椎次全切+前路钢板固定的基础上,比较钛网植骨融合与髂骨块植骨融合治疗双节段脊髓型颈椎病的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2005年2月～2009年2月对42例双节段脊髓型颈椎病患者在前路颈椎次全切+前路钢板固定的基础上,分别采用钛网植骨融合术和髂骨块植骨融合术进行治疗;术后定期x线检查,观察手术节段的稳定性和融合情况,进行术前后的JOA评分比较并计算术后12个月神经功能恢复率。结果:钛网植骨组和髂骨块植骨组术前后的JOA评分均有明显改善,2组间比较无差异;通过对术后12个月时神经功能恢复率及术后椎体间融合结果的比较,2组之间亦无差异性。结论:前路钢板固定+钛网植骨融合与前路钢板固定+髂骨块植骨融合治疗双节段脊髓型颈椎病的均有良好疗效,2种术式在疗效上无差异。
