健康孕妇抑郁焦虑状态与应付方式和家庭环境的相关性分析

目的 探讨健康孕妇抑郁焦虑状态与应付方式和家庭环境的关系.方法 对在南通大学附属医院产科住院的96名健康孕妇,采用自编的一般状况问卷、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、应付方式问卷(CSQ)和家庭环境量表(FES-CV)进行调查.结果 在准确完成问卷的96名健康孕妇中,SDS和SAS的阳性率分别为31.25%,10.42%.对健康孕妇抑郁情绪有保护的因素有:亲密度、情感表达、解决问题(标准回归系数为:3.766,0.786,0.637).促发抑郁情绪的因素有:独立性、退避、自责、矛盾性(标准回归系数为0.535,0.506,1.498,0.516).对焦虑情绪有保护的因素有:亲密度、解决问题、情感表达.促发焦虑情绪的因素有:矛盾性、自责、退避(标准回归系数为0.841,0.418,0.393).结论 健康孕妇存在一定的抑郁和焦虑情绪,并与其应付方式和家庭环境有关.

Study on depression, anxiety, coping style and family environment in healthy pregnant women

Objective To study the relationship between depression,anxiety,coping style and family environment in healthy pregnant women.Methods 96 healthy pregnant women were selected randomly from the obstetrical ward of Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University.They were assessed using self-compile common state questionnaire,Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ)and Family Environment Scale-Chinese version(FES-CV).Results Among 96 healthy pregnant women who correctly finished the test-papers,the positive rates of SDS and SAS were 31.25%and 10.42%respectively.The severity of depression Was negatively related to family cohesion,expressiveness and problem-solving(standard regression coefficients were 3.766,0.786 and 0.637 respectively),and was positively related to independence,withdrawal,self-accusation and contradictoriness(standard regression coefficiems were 0.535,0.506,1.498 and 0.516 respectively).The severity of anxiety was negatively related to family cohesion,solving-problem,expressiveness(standard regression coefficients were 3.053,0.515 and 0.73 respectively),and was positively related to contradictoriness,self-accusation and withdrawal(standard regression coefficients were 0.841,0.418 and 0.393 respectively).Conclusion Some pregnant women have depression and anxiety mood.It has some relations with their coping style and family environment.
