| Abstract: | Whole-body hyperthermia(WBH) is a new modality of therapy following operation,radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy.WBH combined with chemotherapy or radiotherapy have anti-cancer synergic effect,increasing the sensitivity of chemotherapy or radiotherapy,as well as reducing the side effect.WBH plays an important role in comprehensive therapy.Mechanism of WBH combined with chemotherapy is reviewed in this article. |
