| 摘 要： | 目的:研究慢性前列腺炎(CP)患者尿液中的前列腺小体外泄蛋白(PSEP)的含量与前列腺按摩液(EPS)中的白细胞(WBC)、卵磷脂小体(SPL)及NIH-CPSI评分之间的关系。方法:收集2017年11月至2018年8月前来东部战区总医院男科门诊就诊的367例CP患者的中段尿进行PSEP含量检测,显微镜下观察EPS中的WBC和SPL计数,指导患者独立填写NIH-CPSI量表,统计分析CP患者尿液中的PSEP含量与EPS中的WBC、SPL计数及NIH-CPSI评分之间的相关性。结果:CP患者尿液中的PSEP含量随EPS中的WBC数量增加而增加,二者具有显著相关性(r=0.19,P=0.047),与EPS中的SPL计数无明显相关性(r=0.02,P=0.48),与NIH-CPSI总评分显著相关(r=0.31,P=0.02)。结论:PSEP对临床诊断CP和评估CP的炎症程度具有一定意义。
