| 摘 要： | 晚期骨转移癌患癌性疼痛是临床较难控制的症状之一,通过对2例腰椎骨转移癌患实施自控硬膜外镇痛泵止痛及护理,发现只要妥善护理,置管时间可明显延长（分别为9d,16d),且能有效止痛,毒副作用不明显,用药量易于掌握,使其他治疗顺利进行。

| Abstract: | By nursing2patients with lumbar vertebra metastatic carcinoma pain treated with patient controlled peridural analgesia outfit,the authors found that indwelling catheter could be retained longer if well nursed(9d,16d),the analgesia was effective,with less toxicant effects,the medicationwas easy to be administrated at right dosage so as to carry out other therapies smoothly. |
