| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原位肝移植术后早期肝功能变化规律及其原因。方法观察20例原位肝移植患者术后肝功能动态变化值。结果原位肝移植患者肝功能术后第1d天冬氨酸氨基转氨酶（AST），丙氨酸氨基转氨酶（ALT）均明显升高，后逐渐下降，到第5d接近正常，而总胆红素（TBI），直接胆红素（DBI）变化不大。结论肝移植术后早期肝功能变化存在一定规律，AST和ALT是肝功能良好的监测指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the regularity and reasons for changes in early liver function after orthotopic liver transplantation.Methods To observe dynamic changes of liver function after orthotopic liver transplantation in 20 patients.Results Levels of AST and ALT in all cases were elevated in the first day after orthotopic liver transplantation,then they were gradually fallen down to nearly normal level in the fifth day,and the changes in levels of TBIL and DBIL were not apparent.Conclusion Early liver function change after orthotopic liver transplantation has certain regularity;and AST and ALT levels are excellent indicators for estimation of change in liver function after the operation. |
