| 摘 要： | 目的对比上颌窦后鼻孔息肉(ACP)与普通鼻息肉(NP)的组织学构造,以了解其相关的病因和病理机制.方法对40例ACP及76例NP患者的息肉组织学进行比较,观察其中炎性细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞及粘膜下腺体的分布情况.结果ACP组炎性细胞浸润明显高于NP组,而嗜酸细胞的浸润在ACP组明显少于NP组,同时粘膜下腺体的出现在ACP组明显少于NP组.结论NP的发生与变态反应有关,而ACP则与感染密切相关.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the possible cause and pathologic mechanism ,the histologic structure of antrochoanal polyps(ACP) was constrasted with that of nasal polyps(NP). Methods: The polyps from 40 cases with ACP and 76 cases with NP were analysed .Their different amounts of inflammatory cells, eosinophil(EOS) and glands under mucosa were constrasted. Results: the inflammatory cells of ACP were more than those of NP. However, EOS of NP were more than those of ACP. Glands under mucosas of ACP were less than those of NP. Conclusions: The cause of NP is correlative with allergy. The cause of ACP is correlative with infection. |
