| 摘 要： | 总结开放式精神科病房的护理管理经验,分析护理管理中存在的安全问题,并提出问题产生的原因,为制订安全管理对策提供依据。存在的主要安全问题为：病人和陪护家属的因素;基础设施的隐患;医护人员自身因素等。提出护理管理对策为：开放式病房各种制度的制订与执行;加强危险物品管理;规范病人及陪护家属的管理;提高护理人员的整体素质;开展丰富多彩的康复治疗及系统的健康教育;强化开放病房的安全管理;提高护理管理质量,确保病房安全。 |
