民营医院员工对医院人力资源管理满意度的研究

摘    要:
目的:研究民营医院的人才流失原因和影响人才流失的因素,探索有针对性的民营医院人力资源管理对策。方法:对189名民营医院人才进行问卷调查,并结合半结构式访谈。结果:民营医院人才对于医院的福利制度、自身的学习和培训、个人的职业发展规划、上下级关系的满意程度偏低。结论:应建立整体薪酬福利制度、培养人才的职业归属感、做好医院文化建设及建立良好的上下级关系,来提高民营医院人才的人力资源管理满意度,防止人才流失。
