| Abstract: | Closely combined with classical management theory and hospital practice,time management,detail management,problem management and site management were strictly implemented.By strengthening manager's responsibility and execution capacity,the staff's initiative was improved to achieve the goals of synchronous promoting staff qualification and department construction,synchronous promoting medical quality and hospital efficiency and synchronous promoting economic benefit and social benefit. |
