摘    要:医院将管理学的经典理论与医疗实践紧密结合,大力实施时间管理、细节管理、问题管理和现场管理,通过强化管理者的责任观念和执行力,增强职工的主观能动性,达到员工素质和科室建设同步促进、医疗质量和工作效率同步提升、经济效益和社会效益同步进步的目的。

Abstract:Closely combined with classical management theory and hospital practice,time management,detail management,problem management and site management were strictly implemented.By strengthening manager's responsibility and execution capacity,the staff's initiative was improved to achieve the goals of synchronous promoting staff qualification and department construction,synchronous promoting medical quality and hospital efficiency and synchronous promoting economic benefit and social benefit.
