急性心肌梗死病人血清髓过氧化物酶和白细胞介素6水平与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性

摘    要:
[目的]探讨急性心肌梗死病人血清髓过氧化物酶(MPO)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系.[方法]采用Judkin’s法为急性心肌梗死组(31例)及正常对照组(28例)行选择性冠状动脉造影检查,按照病变范围将急性心肌梗死组患者分为单支、双支及三支病变组,按照Gensini积分系统分为低于等于20分组、21~40分组及高于40分组.采用ELISA法测定所有对象的血清MPO,IL-6水平.[结果]急性心肌梗死组患者血清MPO,IL-6水平均明显高于正常对照组;随着病变范围的扩大和狭窄程度的加重,血清MPO,IL-6水平均呈显著增高趋势.[结论]急性心肌梗死病人血清MPO,IL-6水平均显著升高,并与病变范围及狭窄程度呈正相关.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum myeloperoxidase(MPO)and IL-6 and severity of coronary artery lesions in acute myocardial infarct.METHODS Using Judkin's method,59 patients performed with the selective coronary angiography were divided into AMI group(n=31)and normal control group(n=28),and according to the extension of lesion,AMI group was divided into mono branch,bi-branch and tri-branch group.All patients were divided into ≤20 group,21~40 group and 40 group by Gensini Score System.The levels of serum MPO and IL-6 were detected by ELISA.RESULTS The levels of serum MPO and IL-6 were significantly higher in AMI group than in normal control group,and had significantly increasing tendency along with the extension of lesion and aggravation of stenotic degree.CONCLUSION The levels of serum MPO and IL-6 in AMI patients are significantly increased,and has positive correlation with the extension of lesion and stenotic degree.
