| 摘 要： | 卵巢癌的标准治疗方案是以手术为主,术后辅以化疗。能否实现理想的肿瘤细胞减灭术将直接影响患者的预后。而大多数晚期卵巢癌患者的初次肿瘤细胞减灭术难以达到满意。新辅助化疗可以改善晚期卵巢癌患者的术前状态,缩小癌灶,缓解病情,为手术的实施和理想肿瘤细胞减灭术的完成创造有利条件。

| Abstract: | The standard therapeutic regimen of advanced ovarian cancer is primary cytoreductive surgery followed by chemotherapy aiming at optimal residual tumor volumes.But the majority of patients with advanced ovarian cancer couldn’t achieve optimal surgery.Neoadjuvant chemotherapy could improved the preoperative status of patients with advanced ovarian cancer,alleviate disease condition,diminish tumor burden,and in this way create favorable conditions for operation and complete optimal cytoreductive surgery. |
