摘    要:目的系统评价中西医结合治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果。方法以"中西医结合"和"视网膜病变"为主题词检索中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据库,以获取中西医结合治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的相关文献。提取文献的相关原始数据,meta分析其有效率。结果共检索中文文献48篇,根据纳入和排除标准,本次研究共纳入14篇文献,采用随机效应模型进行总效应值合并,合并OR(95%CI)为3.59(2.26~5.70),中西医结合治疗糖尿病视网膜病变优于单纯西医治疗(Z=5.41,P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病视网膜病变优于单纯西医治疗,应鼓励临床中西医结合治疗的应用。

Abstract:Objective To systematic review the effect of Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment in diabetic retinopathy. Methods "Integration of traditional and western medicine" and "retinopathy" were used as the MeSH to search in Chinese HowNet (CNKI) to obtain relative literatures. Data was extracted from those literatures and was analyzed for its efficiency. Results A total of 48 Chinese literature was found and 14 studies were included based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, with a random effects model, the total effect of the value of the merger was calculated, the combined OR (95 % CI) 3.59 (2.26,5.70). Integration of traditional and western medicine treatment of diabetic retinop- athy was better than Western medicine treatment alone (Z=5.41, P〈0. 05). Conclusion The combination therapy is superior to single Western medicine treatment on diabetic retinopathy, the clinical application of integration of traditional and western medicine should be encouraged.
