大黄中大黄素提取工艺的优化

摘    要:目的筛选大黄中大黄素提取的最佳工艺条件.方法根据大黄素的理化特性,选取乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数等3个因素,进行正交优化试验.结果采用50%乙醇加热回流3次,每次2h为最佳提取工艺条件.结论本工艺合理可行,有利于生产.

Abstract:Objective To research and choose the best technology conditions for estracting emodin from nepalensis spreng. Methods According to physicochemical character of emodin, orthogonal design and tests of extract technology for emodin were carried on, and three factors were chosen such as quantity of ethyl alcohol, extracting time and times, and three levels of each factor were used for orthogonal design and test. Results That was the best technology condition that emodin were extracted by means of ethyl alchhol (50%), and it is heated 3 times (each 2 h). Conclusion The technology is advanced and rational, practical and feasible.
