| 摘 要： | 目的：观察MEBT／MEBO对重度烧伤病人的治疗效果。方法：对58例特重度烧伤病人创面处理全程应用MEBT／MEBO，结合全身综合治疗。结果：58例特重度烧伤病人全部治愈，深Ⅱ度创面不留疤痕，浅Ⅲ度创面不需植皮，四肢无畸形及功能障碍。结论：MEBT／MEBO对特重度烧伤疗效显。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating extraordinarily severe burn. Method: 58 cases of extraordinarily severe burn were treated in the whole course with MEBT/MEBO in conjunction with systemic comprehensive treatment. Results: All the patients were cured. No scar left for deep 2 nd degree wounds and no skin grafting needed for superficial 3 rd degree wounds. No deformation and dysfunction of four limbs occurred. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO has significant efficacy in treating extraordinarily severe burn. |
