| 摘 要： | 目的观察静脉注射胺碘酮和维拉帕米治疗阵发性室上性心动过速（PSVT）的疗效。方法静脉注射胺碘酮治疗33例PSVT，与维拉帕米静脉注射治疗39例PSVT对比观察。结果胺碘酮组和维拉帕米组有效率分别为63．6％和84．6％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；复律时间：胺碘酮组（21±12．4）min明显慢于维拉帕米组的（13．6±9．7）min（P〈0．05）。结论胺碘酮治疗PSVT疗效确切安全，可作为急诊治疗PSVT的一线药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Amiodarone and Verapamil in treating paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT).Methods33 patients of PSVT were treated with Amiodarone and the other 39 patients of PSVT were treated with Verapamil.ResultsIt has been shown that the termination rate of PSVT was 63.6%in amiodarone group and 84.6%in Verapamil group respectively(P<0.05).The termination of PSVT in Amiodarone Group was later than in Verapamil-group significantly.(P<0.05).ConclusionIt is efficacy and safety of Amiodarone in treating PSVT,and it can be first given for termination of PSVT in emergency. |
