| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对尿结石的认知和预防性治疗行为的影响。方法选取2008年7月至2009年7月来碎石科的尿结石患者246例,随机分为观察组（120例）,对照组（126例）。对照组仅进行一般的预防性宣教;观察组实施为期3个月的护理干预,包括尿结石相关知识的讲解,预防性治疗的方法辅导,第1、2、3月末的复查以及电话随访等。结果干预后观察组尿结石相关知识水平显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）,预防性治疗行为显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论对尿结石患者实施恰当的护理干预,能有效提高患者的尿结石相关知识水平和参与预防性治疗的积极性,对开展尿结石的预防工作具有重要价值。
