| 摘 要： | 目的:观察超声引导下介入治疗甲状腺囊性病变的临床效果,探讨甲状腺囊性病变治疗的新方法。方法:采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,探头为7.5-10MHz,硬化剂为无水酒精,注入硬化剂为抽出囊液的1/2左右,保留5分。结果:46例病人均一次进针成功,成功率100%,未见有明显并发症出现。随诊复检3个月、6个月、1年。未见有复发者。结论:甲状腺囊肿及甲状腺腺瘤出血比较常见,而超声引导下介入治疗无痛、微创、安全、高效、廉价、美观等优点易被患者接受,所以甲状腺囊性病变应首选超声引导下介入治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical effect of interventional ultrasound in treat ment of cystic thyroid disease.Methods:To apply color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis machine,7.5-10MHz probe frequency,and use absolute alcohol as hardener,inject hardener with half of the cyst liquid,keep it in five minutes.Results:All of the 46 cases of patients succeed insert by the needle at the first time,the rate of success up to 100%,and no obvious complication,follow up the patient for 3 months,6 months and 1 year.There's no ... |
