腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症的疗效观察

摘    要:
目的:通过对开腹和腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症的比较,探讨腹腔镜手术临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析近5年在我院行手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症的病例资料,术后随访12-60个月。结果:腹腔镜组术中出血量、肛门排气时间、停留尿管时间、拆线时间及术后住院日明显小于开腹组,手术时间、术后最高体温、术后发热及术后伤口感染两组相近,随访术后痛经缓解率、术后复发率、术后妊娠率两组间差异无显著性。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症疗效与开腹手术相当,但腹腔镜手术具微创、安全、术后恢复快等特点。

Abstract:
Objective:To compare the effect of laparoscopic surgery versus laparotomy for ovarian endometriosis.Methods: Patients with ovarian endometriosis were divided into two groups,laparoscopy and laparotomy group,who were followed up postoperatively for 12-60 months.Results: The amount of blood lost during the laparoscopy group was significantly less than that in laparotomy group,operatin time was similar between the two group.The postoperative recovery in laparoscopic group was signigicantly less than in laparotomy.There were no differences in postoperative malady rate,symptoms remission,pregnancy rate and disease recurrent rate between two groups.Conclusion: Laparoscopic operation for ovarian endometriosis is as effective as laparotomy,but laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis is micro-invasive,safely,rapid postoperative recovery and can be performed widely.
