细菌性腹泻病的菌群分布与治疗

摘    要:
目的探讨细菌性腹泻病的治疗方法与疗效。方法应用肠道病原菌常规分离鉴定、药敏试验及临床疗效观察方法,对348例细菌性肠炎患儿的病原学、药敏试验及治疗结果进行分析.结果从急性细菌性腹泻患儿粪便中共分离出致泻病原菌348株。其中福氏痢疾杆菌31株,占8、9%;宋氏痢疾杆菌12株,占3.4%;肺炎克雷伯杆菌162株,占46.6%;弗劳地枸橼酸杆菌79株,占22.7%;铜绿假单胞菌11株,占3.2%;白色念珠菌25株,占7.2%。临床疗效及药敏试验显示,磷霉素是治疗细菌性腹泻病的高敏感性药物;微生态制剂贝飞达也有较好的临床疗效。结论多种条件致病菌是本地区主要的腹泻病原菌,占总菌株的86.5%;磷霉素、双岐三联活菌胶囊为临床有效治疗药物。

Abstract:
Objective To probe into the therapeutic methods and effects to children with bacillary dysentery.Methods Routine separation and assay, drug sensistive test and clinical observation of enteric pathogenic bacteria were applied to investigate clinic curative effect of 348 cases with this disease.Results 348 pathogenic strains that could cause diarrhea were separated out from the children with acute infectious diarrhea.Among them,there were 31 strains of Shigella flexneri( 8.9%), 12 strains of Shigella sonnei(3.4%) , 162 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae(46.6%), 79 strains of citrobacter(22.7%), 11 strains of verdigris Pseudomonas(3.2%),and 25 strains of Candida albicans(7.2%). Fosfomycin Sodium was proved to be hypersensitive antibiotics for infectious diarrhea. Bifid Triple Viable Capsules had better effects too. Conclusion Polyopportunistic pathogen is the principal pathogen for diarrhea in the region of xinxiang,and accounts for total fungus of 86.5%,and Fosfomycin Sodium and Bifid Triple Viable Capsules are clinically effective drugs for the disease nowadays.
