| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨应用锁骨钩钢板治疗重度肩锁关节脱位的疗效．方法：采用锁骨钩钢板治疗重度肩锁关节脱位18例，16例获得随访，随访时间4～24月，平均16月．结果：按照Lazzcon。标准评定，疗效优13例，良3例，无其他并发症，无再脱位发生．结论：锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位固定可靠，疗效确切，值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study a new method for treatment of severe acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods: 18 cases with severe acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated by clavicular hook-plate and 16 cases of them had been followed up for 4~24 months (average 16 months).Results: According to the Lazzcono criteria, 13 were excellent, 3 were good, no complications and redislocation.Conclusion: The alavicular hook-plate can firmly fix acromioclavicular joint dislocation.The curative effect has been proved satisfactory and deserved to be popularized. |
