| 摘 要： | 目的通过对海珠区妇幼保健院妇女保健科8 281例妇女宫颈刮片细胞学检查,了解该地区妇女宫颈发病情况,达到早发现、早诊断、早治疗的目的。方法对2010年1—12月来我院妇女保健科体检的8 281例妇女宫颈刮片结果进行分析。细胞学结果异常者进行细胞学、阴道镜和组织学三阶梯技术规范诊治管理。结果在8 281例宫颈刮片细胞学检查中,上皮内病变或恶性病变阴性（NSIL）8 197例,细胞学异常者82例,其中1例非典型鳞状细胞患者经组织学检查为宫颈癌;直接诊断为宫颈癌2例。结论妇女定期检查对宫颈癌早发现、早诊断和早治疗具有重要的意义。 |
