| 摘 要： | 目的确保2010年以县为单位消除碘缺乏病目标的实现。方法采用直接滴定法和仲裁法（GB/TI3025.7-1999）进行盐碘测定。结果共抽样检测5个县（区）的498份盐样,碘盐覆盖率95.2%,碘盐合格率97.7%,合格碘盐食用率92.8%。有2个县的合格碘盐食用率低于90%。结论部分地区还存在非碘盐对盐业市场的冲击,应加强打击力度。

| Abstract: | Objective To ensure that realization of the target in 2010 which elimination of iodine deficiency disease in the county.Methods Direct titration GBTI3025.7-1999 salt iodine determination of the law and the Arbitration Law were used.Results Total sampling detection of 498 of the 5 counties and districts of salt and iodized salt coverage rate of 95.2%,iodine salt pass rate of 97.7% qualified iodized salt consuming rates of 92.8%.There were 2 counties of qualified iodized salt consuming rates below 90%.Conclus... |
