| 摘 要： | 目的对城市卫生服务机构承担基本公共卫生服务项目进行调查,以便了解实施的现况。方法按照目的抽样方法选择4个城市,采用定量与定性相结合的方法,对16家卫生服务机构实施的基本公共卫生服务现况进行调查。结果卫生服务机构能够执行国家的基本公共卫生服务项目,但在服务种类和数量上存在差别。结论基本公共卫生服务项目在城市卫生服务机构开展较好,但卫生人力不足是主要问题。 |
