早期康复护理的介入对急性脑梗死患者肢体运动功能恢复的影响

目的探讨早期康复护理对患者肢体运动功能恢复的影响。方法选择80例急性脑梗死患者，随机分为两组，对照组40例，按神经内科常规治疗和护理，康复组40例在此基础上，生命体征稳定后48h，即制定并实施早期康复护理计划，采用简式Fugl-Meyer运动积分法和改良的Barthel指数对患者肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力进行评定。结果早期康复组肢体运动功能，13常生活活动能力的改善程度明显高于对照组，P〈0．01。结论早期康复护理对急性脑梗死患者肢体功能的恢复及13常生活活动能力的提高有促进作用，减少并发症的发生，有效提高患者生存质量。

Effect of early rehabilitation nrusing on acute cerebral infarction patients' limbs motor function recovery

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nrusing on acute cerebral infarction＇patients＇ limbs motor function recovery. Methods 80 cases acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and rehabilitation group. Both of two groups were received neuro internal medicine conventional therapy and nursing. In addition to this, patients of recovery group were formulated and administrated early recovery nursing 48 hours after their vital signs became stable. All patients were evaluated in their limbs motor function and ability of activities of daily living by simplified Fugl-Meyer movement integration and modified Barthel index. Results Amelioration of limbs motor function and ability of activities of daily living in recovery group was apparently higher than control group, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion Early recovery nursing can improve acute cerebral infarction patients＇ limbs motor function, elevate their ability of activities of daily living, decrease complication and effectively elevate their living quality.
