| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨那仁满都拉-11治疗肿瘤的分子机制。方法:利用Walker-256细胞株可成功地复制出肿瘤模型,用该蒙药治疗10d后取出瘤组织。用免疫组化方法测定凋亡相关基因bcl-2的蛋白表达情况。结果:与阴性对照组相比,治疗组bcl-2表达下调,且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:那仁满都拉-11,有抑制肿瘤的作用,可能与bcl-2蛋白上调有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:Toexplore the molecular mechanism of Narenmandula-11 in treating tumor.Methods: The model of tumor was established with Walker-256 cell strain.After treatment with Mongolian medicine 10 years,the tissures of tumor were extracted.The expression of bcl-2 was detected by immuno-histochemical methods.Results: The expression of bcl-2 was down regulated in treatment group when compared with controls,showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Narenmandula-11 plays role in inhibiting tumor,which may be related to upregulation of bcl-2 protein. |
