乳腺癌C－erbB－2基因过度表达的初步研究

目的研究乳腺癌Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因的过度表达，探讨该基因对乳腺癌诊断、鉴别诊断和预后判断的意义。方法乳腺癌标本９８例，乳腺良性病变２６例，正常乳腺组织１０例，应用免疫组化ＳＰ法，检测癌基因Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达情况。结果乳腺癌Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阳性率（５９．２％）明显高于乳腺良性病变（３．９％）和正常乳腺组织（０％）（Ｘ２＝２７．０６，Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｘ２＝１２．７８，Ｐ＜０．０１）。乳腺癌中高恶性的浸润性导管癌、硬癌阳性率８２．４％，７５％，低恶性的小叶原位癌、粘液腺癌皆阴性，Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２过度表达与乳腺肿瘤大小、腋窝淋巴结转移明显相关（Ｘ２＝７．０６，Ｐ＜０．０１；Ｘ２＝４．９４，Ｐ＜０．０５），与雌激素、孕激素受体亦关系密切（Ｘ２＝４．８０，Ｐ＜０．０５；Ｘ２＝３．９１，Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因过度表达可作为乳腺癌诊断、鉴别诊断和预后判断的有效指标。

Overexpression of C-erbB-2 in Human Breast Cancer

Objective C-erbB-2 overexpression in breast cancer was studied,in order to search its role in diagnosis.differential diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer. Methods By using immunohistochemical SP method,C-erbB-2 expression in 98 cases of breast cancer, 26 cases of benign breast disease and 10 cases of normal breast were tested..esults The positive rate for c-erbB-2 expression in breast cancer(59.2%)were higher than in benign breast diseases(3.9%)and in normal breast tissue(0%)(x2=27.06,P<0. 01;X2=12. 78,P<0.01,respectively). In the breast cancer, infiltrative ductal carcinoma and cirrhotic carcinoma have higher positive rate(82.4%,75%,respectively),whereas lobular carcinoma and mucinous adenocarcinoma were negative. A significant correlation were found between C-erbB2 overexpression and tumor size and lymph-node metastases(X2=7.06,P<0. 01;X2=4.94,P<0.05,respectively),also obviously correlation for estrogen and progesterone receptors(X2=4. 80,P<0. 05;X2=3.91,P<0.05, respectively).Conclusion That c-erbB-2 overexpression is one of the most valuable markers in diagnosis and prognosis of berast tumors.
