摘    要:本文采用细胞外记录方法探讨缰核与黑质在痛觉机制中的关系。结果表明单脉冲刺激外侧缰核(LHb),可抑制大多数黑质致密部(SNC)多巴胺能(DA)神经元的自发放电活动;同时,使这些神经元的痛抑制反应明显延长。鉴于大多数LHb 神经元能被外周伤害性刺激所兴奋,本文结果提示 LHb-SNC 投射纤维可能是伤害性信息传入 SNC 的中枢途径之一。

Abstract:The relationship of lateral habenula(LHb)and substantia nigra in the pain mechanism was investigated by extracellular recording.Single shokstismulation of LHb inhibited the spontaneous discharges of dopa- minergic neurons in the substantia nigra,pars compacta(SNC),in the rat,most of which were also inhibited by peripheral nociceptive stim- ulations(PNS).LHb stimulation prolonged PNS-induced inhibition of dopaminergic neurons.Since the majority of LHb neurons were excited by PNS,our results strongly suggest that LHb-SNC projective fibers might be one of the pathways,through which the nociceptive informa- tion enters SNC.
