| 摘 要： | 目的：运用高频超声技术检测颈总动脉内膜中膜厚度和粥样硬化斑块来评价维持性血液透析患者的动脉粥样硬化程度。方法：用高频超声测量正常人和维持性血液透析患者的颈动脉IMT、斑块面积、Crouse积分和血流频谱测量。结果：维持性血液透析患者颈总动脉IMT、斑块发生率、斑块面积和Crouse积分均明显高于年龄、性别匹配的正常对照组。结论：颈动脉可作为一个良好的体表窗口,在一定程度上反映维持性血液透析患者的动脉粥样硬化情况。

| Abstract: | Objective:Intima-media thickness and prevalence of atherosclerotic plaques of the common carotid artery were measured by High-frequency Ultrasonic in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:The Intima-media thickness,Plaque area,Crouse scores and Vmax,Vmin,RI and PI of carotid artery were measured by high-resolution B mode ultrasonography in normal person and maintenance hemodialysis patients.Results: The prevalence of atherosclerotic plaques,plaques areas,Crouse score and the mean Intima-media thickness of carotid artery was significantly differenct between increased in maintenance hemodialysis patients group and control group.Conclusions: Carotid arters are an ideal superficial window to discover and evaluate the hemodialysis patients' atherosclerotic lesions. |
