实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔主动脉ApoB胆固醇及血浆ApoB之间的相关性

摘    要:
通过复制家兔动脉粥样硬化(As)模型,用自制豚鼠抗兔ApoB血清,探讨病变程度不同的各主动脉节段上ApoB的分布及其与Ch沉积量之间的相关性及二者与血浆ApoB之间的相关性。同时还测定了血浆TC、HDL-C及TG水平。实验组主动脉ApoB高于对照组,且弓段>胸段>腹段(P均<0.01),对照组未测出;在病变较严重的节段ApoB与Ch含量呈直线正相关(r弓段=0.860,r胸段=0.737),而病变较轻节段不相关(r腹段=0.467)。血浆ApoB与主动脉ApoB(r=0.895)及Ch(r=0.827)呈高度直线正相关。血浆ApoB与TC的升高不平行,ApoB的上升较TC为稳定。

Abstract:
The experimental atherosclerosis in rabbits were reproduced after 12 weeks feeding with cholesterol(Ch).Every aorta was divided into three segments,of each segment the content of ApoB and Ch was assayed.ApoB was assayed by rocket immunoelectrophoresis using the guinea pig anti- rabbit-ApoB antiserum which was prepared in our laboratory and is mono- specific.TC,HDL-C and TG in plasma were determined simultaneously. The ApoB in aorta of experimental group is higher than that of the control.ApoB level in different segments in the experimental group were: arch>thoracic>abdominal(P<0.01).Linear positive correlation was found between the content of ApoB and Ch in segments with advanced atheroscle- rotic lesion(r_(arch)=0.860,r_(thoacic)=0.737),but not in those with mild lesion. ApoB in plasma appeared in highly positive correlation with ApoB and Ch in aorta but not parellel with Ch in plasma.
