异丙酚复合芬太尼用于无痛人工流产术的观察

目的观察异丙酚在人流术中应用的临床效果,探讨异丙酚在人流术中应用的可行性。方法选取100例无痛人流术者为观察组,随机抽取同期100例普通人流术者作为对照组,比较两组患者的疼痛感觉、手术时间、生命体征、出血量及术后出血时间。结果观察组患者的疼痛感觉、手术时间与对照组相比差异有显著性意义;两组的生命体征、出血量及术后出血时间相比无差异。结论异丙酚用于人流术麻醉效果好,恢复快,安全实用。

To study the effect of Propofol combined with Fen Tanyl used in the induced abortion

Objective To study the feasibility of Propofol used in the induced abortion.Methods Selected 100 early pregnant women as the study group who received Propofol during abortion operation , and other 100 as control group with general abortion ,comparing differences between two groups in terms of indicators of BP,R,HR,operative time,bleeding volume and postoperative bleeding time. Results There were significant difference in pain-sense between two groups and no difference in BP, R, HR, bleeding volume and postoperative bleeding. Conclusions Propofol have good anesthesia effect in the induced abortion.[
