住院冠心病病人的生活质量及其相关因素调查

[目的]探索住院冠心病病人的生活质量及其相关因素。[方法]采用健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)、A型行为类型问卷(TABP)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密顿焦虑量表(HA-MA),对80例住院冠心病病人进行测试。[结果]冠心病病人的生活质量水平明显低于常态老人,生活质量与焦虑、抑郁情绪呈显著负相关,生活质量受病人的文化程度、既往住院次数的影响较大,也与经济收入、家庭负担、总病程、性别、行为类型等多方面因素有关。[结论]住院冠心病病人的生活质量水平较低,且生活质量水平受多种因素影响。实施有效的心理护理能促进疾病的康复,提高病人的生活质量。

A survey of life quality of coronary heart disease inpatients and its relevant factors

Objective: To probe into the life quality and relevant factors of coronary heart disease inpatients. Method: A total of 80 coronary heart disease inpatients were investigated by filling out health state questionnaire (SF-36), type A behavior questionnaire (TABP), Hamilton's depression scale (HAMD) and Hamilton's anxiety scale (HAMA). Result: The life quality of coronary heart disease inpatients was remarkably lower than that of senile people of common mode.The life quality of coronary heart disease inpatients was negatively correlated with the state of anxiety and depression of them. The life quality of coronary heart disease inpatients was influenced to large extent by both the education level and the hospitalization duration of patients. Which was also influenced by factors such as economic income, family burden, total course of the disease, gender, type of behavior of patients themselves. Conclusion: The life quality of coronary heart disease inpatients was lower, and which was affected by many factors. To carry out some effective psychological nursing care for them could promote the recovery of their illness and enhance their life quality.
