妊娠合并子宫肌瘤108例临床分析

目的：探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的临床治疗方案。方法：对108例妊娠合并子宫子肌瘤患者的临床资料回顾分析。结果：21例经阴道分娩;20例行剖宫产术平均手术时间38min,术中平均出血量195mL;67例行剖宫产术同时行肌瘤剜除术,平均手术时间51min,术中平均出血量240mL,无1例出现产后出血、产褥感染及子宫修复不全。结论：剖宫产同时行肌瘤剜除术并没有增加手术的风险,是可行的治疗方案。

Clinical analysis of 108 cases of pregnancy complicated with hysteromyoma

Objective:To discuss the treatment for pregnancy complicated with hysteromyoma. Methods: Data of 108 pregnancy complicated with hysteromyoma cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among the 108 csase,21 were vaginal delivery;20 underwent routine cesarean section with an average operation duration of 38 min,mean intraoperative bleeding volume of 195 mL,67 underwent routine cesarean section combined with myomectomy,for whom the average operative time was 51 min,average intraoperative bleeding volume was 240 mL,No postpartum hemorrhage,puerperal infection or incomplete uterus repair occurred. Conclusion: Combining myomectomy with cesarean section won't increase the risk of surgery,and is a feasible treatment for pregnancy complicated with hysteromyoma.
