针刺安神穴位治疗血管神经性头痛临床观察

[目的]证实针刺安神穴位对血管神经性头痛的疗效。[方法]临床对60例确诊病人进行观察，对比针刺前后脑血管血流阻力、血管弹性。[结果]总有效率为96．67％，针刺后血管搏动指数(PI)、血管阻力指数(RI)显著降低，经统计学分析有意义。[结论]针刺安神穴位可双向调节颅内外血管血流平衡，对治疗血管神经性头痛有效。

Effect of Anshen Acupoints acupuncture on Angioneurotic Headache

[Objective] To approve the therapeutic effect of Anshen(tranquiliza tion) acupoints on angioneurotic headache. [Methods] The difference of vascul ar resistance,flexibility of blood vessel in brain in sixty patients were compar ed before and after acupuncture treatment. [Results] The total effective rate was 96.67%. The perfusion index(PI) and reactive index(RI) decreased signifi cantly after acupuncture with statistically significant difference.[Conclusion ] Needling Anshen acupoints can bidirectionally regulate the intra-extracranial blood flow balance,giving an effect on treatment of angioneurotic headache.
