基于温病学说论新型冠状病毒肺炎的治与防

该文通过对新型冠状病毒肺炎疾病特点与中医温病特点进行比较,认为该病当属于中医"瘟疫"范畴,为"湿毒疫"。新型冠状病毒即为疫疠病邪之源,本病以"湿、热、毒、瘀、虚"为病机特点,初期为寒湿犯表、寒湿郁肺证,进展期为疫毒闭肺证,重症期为内闭外脱之证,恢复期以肺脾气虚、气阴两伤证。治疗上当以卫气营血及三焦辨证为治则,以审因论治、辨证施治、对症施治为治法确立的依据,采用解表法、清气法、和解法、祛湿法、通下法等或者多种治法联合来拟定处方进行治疗。预防上当基于温病的"治未病"理念,以顾护正气、健脾养胃、药物预防等为主要预防措施。

Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)is characterized by its characteristics of disease and the characteristics of TCM epidemic febrile diseases.It is considered that the disease belongs to the category of"plague"of Chinese medicine,and is"damp toxin epidemic".The novel coronavirus is the source of epidemic disease.The disease is characterized by"damp,heat,poison,stasis and deficiency".It is cold and dampness syndrome,cold damp syndrome,lung syndrome.The advanced stage is the syndrome of epidemic toxin and lung blocking.The critical stage is the syndrome of internal closed external detachment.The recovery period is two cases of lung and spleen deficiency and Qi Yin.The treatment should be based on the principle of"Wei,Qi,Ying and blood"and"three Jiao syndrome differentiation",and the basis of the establishment of the treatment methods,such as the treatment of causes,syndrome differentiation and symptomatic treatment.Prevention should be based on the concept of"prevention of febrile diseases",and the main preventive measures are to take care of healthy Qi,strengthen spleen and stomach,and prevent drugs.
