| 摘 要： | 对15例血管球瘤患者进行回顾性分析,皮损均表现为皮下红蓝色小结节,其中甲下5例,指腹2例,上肢3例,大腿内侧2例,肩部1例,腰部1例,膝外侧1例.15例患者均出现不同程度疼痛,其中5例甲下皮损对冷刺激更敏感.15例患者皮损组织病理分为四种类型,其中经典型2例,黏液型4例,球血管瘤型8例,球血管肌瘤型1例.免疫组化示15... |

| Abstract: | The data of 15 cases with glomus tumor were analyzed retrospectively. The lesions of all the patients were bluish subcutaneous nodule. There were 5 cases under the nail, 2 cases on finger pulp, 3 cases on upper limb, 2 cases on inner thigh, 1 case on shoulder, 1 case on waist and 1 case on lateral knee. All patients had different degrees of pain, among which 5 cases with subungual lesions were more sensitive to cold stimulation. The histological examination showed four different subtypes including typical type in 2 cases, mucous type in 4 cases, glomangioma in 8 cases and glomangiomyoma in 1 case. Immunohistochemistry showed that SMA and CD34 were positive in all cases. All patients were treated by operation and were followed up for 3 months. No recurrence was found. |
