肠道微生态中医药研究近况

肠道微生态是一个非常复杂的系统,它参与人体代谢,促进胃肠道免疫、抗肿瘤、延缓衰老等。近年来针对肠道微生态临床医疗、药物与病证性质的研究也越来越受到研究者们的重视。作者就近5年来中医药在肠道微生态领域的研究,从中医理论、实验研究和临床研究等方面进行综述,总结理论研究方面的新观念、新认识,分析实验研究中中药单体和复方与肠道菌群的相互作用,探讨临床研究中中医、中药治疗各种疾病时与肠道微生态的相互关系,从理论和实践等方面展现了肠道微生态的中医药研究概况,为进一步研究中医中药与肠道微生态的关系提供参考,为临床诊疗提供新的方向。

Recent Research on Intestinal Microecology in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Intestinal microecology belongs to a very complex system,which is involved in human metabolism,gastrointestinal immunity,anti-tumor,anti-aging and so on.In recent years,the research of the clinical medical treatment,medication and disease of the nature of ecology of intestinal microbial is getting more and more attention of the researchers.The author just reviewed the research of TCM in the field of intestinal microecology from the aspects of TCM theory,experimental research and clinical research in the past five years.By summarizing the new concepts and new ideas of TCM theory research,analyzing the interaction of Chinese herbal extract or traditional Chinese medicine compound with intestinal flora in experimental research,and discussing the contact between the traditional Chinese medicine and ecology of intestinal microecology in the treatment on different kinds of disease through clinical study,it shows the general situation of traditional Chinese medicine research on intestinal microecology from the perspectives of theory and practice,provides the reference for depth study on the relationship between TCM and intestinal microecology,and indicates the new direction for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
