乳块散结颗粒制备工艺研究

摘    要:
目的 筛选乳块散结颗粒的制备工艺。方法 以丹参素转移率为指标,采用正交试验筛选乳块散结颗粒水提工艺,并考察了醇沉浓度、静置时间和制剂的赋形剂。结果 乳块散结颗粒的最佳提取工艺为药材加8倍量水提取2次,每次2 h;醇沉浓度为75%,静置时间为48 h,赋形剂为可溶性淀粉与糊精(1:1)。结论 优选的乳块散结颗粒制备工艺稳定、可行。

Abstract:
Objective To screen the preparation technology of Rukuai Sanjie Granules.Methods The water extraction process of Rukuai Sanjie Granules was selected by orthogonal test with Danshensu transfer rate as index, and the concentration of alcohol, the resting time and excipient of the granules were investigated.Results The best extraction process of Rukue Sanjie Granules was 2 hours each time with 8 times water, 75% alcohol concentration and 48 hours rest time, and the excipients were soluble starch and dextrin(1:1).Conclusion The optimum preparation technology of Rukuai Sanjie Granules is stable and feasible.
