精神分裂症患者凶杀行为的临床特征研究

目的：探讨精神分裂症有凶杀与无凶杀者的临床特征差异。方法：将鉴定为精神分裂症有凶杀行为的作为凶杀组,同期住院而无凶杀行为的精神分裂症作为非凶杀组,比较两组的临床特征。结果：凶杀组文化程度普遍较低,且在内感性不适,感知综合障碍,逻辑推理障碍,嫉妒妄想,情感迟钝或淡漠等方面较为突出。结论：精神分裂症患者存在对自身及环境的整体感知觉障碍,逻辑推理和判断的错误及冷漠的情感时,可能与产生凶杀相关。

A study of clinical characteristics in schizophrenia patients convicted of homicide

Objective Compare the clinical characteristic of schizophrenia patients convicted of homicide with those of schizophrenia patients didn't convict of homicide ever.Method Choose homicides diagnosed schizophrenia in forensic psychiatry assessment between January 1996 and June 2001 as homicidal group,and inpatients diagnosed schizophrenia at the same time as none-homicidal group.Compare the general datum and psychotic symptoms of two groups.Results The homicidal group has lower degree of education and being notable in senestopathia,psychosensory disturbance,logic disturbance,delusion of jealousy and dullness or apathy.Conclusion The schizophrenia patients with wrong apperception to oneself and environment,the wrong consequence and judgment,and the cool emotion may be related with homicide.
