| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨一次性婴儿吸痰器在危重病人痰培养标本采集中的应用。方法]将156例存在肺部感染需行痰细菌培养检查不能自行咳痰的危重病人随机分为对照组与观察组,每组78例,对照组采用一次性普通吸痰管吸痰采集痰培养标本,观察组病人采用一次性婴儿吸痰器吸痰采集痰培养标本。比较两组病人标本合格情况、致病菌检出情况。结果]观察组病人标本合格率、致病菌检出率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]危重病人痰培养标本采集中采用一次性婴儿吸痰器,可提高痰标本合格率及致病菌检出率,效果优于一次性普通吸痰管。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into application of disposable infant sputum aspirator in specimen collection for sputum culture of critically ill patients.Methods:A total of 156 cases of critically ill patients with lung infection who needed sputum bacterial culture check but could not make self-expectoration were randomly divided into control group and observation group,78 cases in each.Control group patients used the disposable ordinary suction catheter for collecting sputum culture specimens,the observation group patients used disposable infant sputum aspirator for collecting sputum culture samples,then to compare the qualified circumstances and detection of pathogens of samples between two groups.Results:Specimens pass rate and pathogen detection rate in patients of observation group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Disposable infant sputum aspirator used for sputum culture specimen collection in the critically ill patients can improve the passing rate and pathogen detection rate of sputum samples,and its effect is better than disposible ordinary suction catheter. |
