复旦大学上海医学院教育思想探析

本文在研究古今中外教育思想家关于教育的论述，学习国外知名大学先进医学教育理念的基础上，结合我国新时期社会文化与经济发展对医学教育所提出的更高需求，根据复旦大学上海医学院办学的历史传统以及现实条件，提出了复旦大学上海医学院医学教育的目的、发展方向以及改革策略。

To review the educational ideologists at all times and in all over the world discoursed on education and to study advanced concept of medical education on some well-known foreign universities,this paper,based on the tradition and reality,put forward the medical educational purpose,the development direction and the reform strategies of Shanghai Medical College.
