昆明市不同厂矿企业职业人群健康促进需求比较分析

目的了解昆明市厂矿企业职工健康促进的需求状况，以增强职工的职业健康意识、促进职工的健康及提高职业卫生服务的质量及降低职业病的发病率．方法采用自制的职业人群职业卫生需求状况调查表对昆明市22个厂矿企业的627名职工进行健康促进的需求调查．结果职工对御j业病防治法》及应急的自救互救措施的需求率最高，分别为74．8％、74．6％．不同性质企业职工对健康教育内容的需求率有所不同（P〈0．05）；66．0％的职工选择通过职业卫生知识培训的方式获得职业健康知识．结论昆明市厂矿企业职工的职业卫生知识知晓率低，但职工的健康促进的需求高；部分企业职工的健康促进的需求长期得不到企业领导的重视，因此应加强我市厂矿企业职工职业健康教育与健康促进，政府应加大监管力度．
