象山县1999-2008年梅毒流行特征分析

摘    要:
目的了解象山县梅毒的流行态势和分布特征,为制订防治政策提供依据。方法回顾性分析象山县1999-2008年梅毒的疫情资料。结果 1999-2008年梅毒报告平均发病率为31.46/10万,2008年达到77.34/10万,年均增幅39.81%。男女性别比为0.57:1,女性发病大于男性。以一期、二期和隐性梅毒为主,这三者占总数的97.43%。发病主要集中在20~40岁性活跃期青壮年组,占总病例的61.54%。一期、二期梅毒职业分布以家务及待业、农民、工人、其它、商业服务为主,地区分布以经济较发达的乡镇为主。结论象山县梅毒发病呈逐年上升趋势,女性多于男性,且以20~40岁人群居多,加强监测,强化宣传,普及知识和综合干预是遏制梅毒疫情上升的主要措施。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the epidemiological trend and distribution characteristics of syphilis in Xiangshan county,and to provide scientific basis for making the following preventive and control strategy.Method The Date of syphilis was analyzed from 1999 to 2008.Results The mean incidence rate and amplification per year reported during the years of 1999 to 2008 were 31.46/100 000 and 39.81% respectively,and peak of it was 77.34/100 000 in 2008.The sex ratio of male and female was 0.57/1.The stage I,stage II and latent syphilis were predominant with percent of 97.43%.It concentrated in the 20~40 years,which was a sexual active young group with percent of 61.54%.The occupations of patients with stage I and stage II syphilis were household duties,job-waiting,farmer,laborer,others and commercial service in order.Most were distributed in small towns with advanced economy.Conclusion It was the major channel to prevent and control syphilis increasing by the emphasis of government with comprehensive control,enhanced monitoring,strengthening publicity,popularize knowledge and comprehensive intervention.
