姜黄素衍生物FM0807的溶解特性与稳定性影响因素考察

摘    要:目的研究姜黄素(Cur)衍生物FM0807的溶解特性与稳定性影响因素,为后续药效学研究奠定基础。方法在高温、高湿、强光照射条件下进行影响因素试验;利用HPLC测定FM0807在不同pH值缓冲液中水解动力学、油/水分配系数以及在不同溶液中的溶解度。结果 FM0807在高湿环境下较稳定,高温条件下有少量降解,强光照射下不稳定;在0.1 mol/L盐酸溶液中极微溶,在pH 6.8磷酸盐缓冲液和去离子水中几乎不溶;在不同pH值缓冲液中较稳定;不同pH值条件下表观油/水分配系数的对数值多在1~2之间,亲脂性较亲水性高。结论 FM0807为不易溶解物质,稳定性优于母核Cur。
