| 摘 要： | 对 4 0例冠心病患者的血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性及过氧化脂质 (LPO)含量进行了针刺前后对比观察 ,并与 3 0例对照组相比较。提示 :两组治疗 1月后 ,针刺组SOD活性较对照组明显升高 (P <0 0 5) ,LPO含量较对照组显著降低 (P <0 0 5)。说明针刺在治疗冠心病过程中有较强抗氧自由基损伤和脂质过氧化损伤的作用。

| Abstract: | Serum activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and contents of lipid peroxides (LPO) in 40 cases of coronary heart disease were observed before and after acupuncture,and 30 cases were used for control.It was found that after treatment for one month,the activity of SOD in the acupuncture group increased markedly ( P <0.05) and the content of LPO decreased significantly ( P <0.05) as compared with the control group.It is indicated that acupuncture has more strong action against injury of oxygen free radical and lipid peroxidation in treatment of coronary heart disease. |
