| 摘 要： | 收集作Ｄ－二聚体检测的病例１７５８例，其中血栓性疾病８６例，非血栓性疾病１６７２例。在前组疾病中Ｄ－二聚体阳性１８例（２０．９３％）；后组疾病Ｄ－二聚体阳性７６例（４．５４％），两组差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果表明Ｄ－二聚体检测对脑血栓形成、心肌梗塞的早期诊断敏感性不高。多种非血栓性疾病Ｄ－二聚体检测呈阳性反应，说明在这些疾病中，体内有不同程度的纤溶活性改变。

| Abstract: | 1758 cases were collected to do the D-dimer test. Results showed that 88 cases had thrombotic disease and that 1672 cases with non-thrombotic disease. In the first group the positive of D-dimer was 18 cases (20.93%); in the latter group the positive was 76 cases(4.54%), the differences between these two groups are significant( P <0.01 ). Results showed the D-dimer detection has low sensitivity to the thrombosis and the early diagnosis of myocardial infarction. The detection of many non-thrombotic diseases showed positive reaction. In indicated that in these diseases in vivo there were many changes in fibrinolytic activity in different degree. |
