摘    要:目的 对某院分离的铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性及变化趋势进行研究 ,为临床用药提供依据。方法 对 14 6株铜绿假单胞菌选用 12种常用抗生素进行药敏实验 ,实验采用K B法按NCCLS标准进行。结果 亚胺培南、妥布霉素、阿米卡星、哌拉西林 /三唑巴坦、头孢他啶对铜绿假单胞菌抗菌活性较强 ( >70 %) ,铜绿假单胞菌最敏感的抗生素为亚胺培南 ( 86 3 %)。抗菌作用较差的抗生素为头孢噻肟 ( 6 8%)、头孢曲松 ( 11 0 %)。结论 某院铜绿假单胞菌的临床分离株和耐药率逐年上升 ,应根据药敏结果合理选用抗生素

Abstract:Objective To study the antibiotic resistance and its changing trend of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to guide the reasonable use of antibiotics clinically. Methods Drug resistance test was performed on 146 Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains by using 12 kinds of ordinary antibiotics with the method of Kirby Bauer paper diffusion(recommended by WHO) based on the standard of NCCLS. Results The antibiotic activities of imipenem, tobramycin, amikacin, piperacillin/tazobactam and ceftazidime against Pseudomonas aeruginosa were stronger than other antibiotics(>70%). Imipenem was of the strongest activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa with the susceptibility of 86.3% but cefetaxime and ceftriaxone were of the weakest with the susceptibility of 6.8% and 11.0%, respectively. Conclusion The clinically isolated drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains are increasing year by year. Therefore, clinical doctors should choose antibiotics rationally in dealing with the P. aeruginosa infected patients according to drug resistance test.
