| 摘 要： | 目的：研究ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１基因在肾母细胞瘤中的表达及意义。方法：用免疫组化ＳＰ法分析ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１基因表达与肾母细胞瘤多种指标的关系。结果：ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１基因高度表达与肿瘤临床分期，病理分级及淋巴结转移有关，与年龄，性别及病理分型无关。结论：ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１基因能抑制淋巴结癌转移，可作为评价肾母细胞瘤恶性程度，肿瘤进展及预后的指标。

| Abstract: | s Objective:The expression of nm23-H 1 genes in nephroblastoma was studied in order to evaluate its clinical significance.Methods:The expression of nm23-H 1 genes was examined by SP immunohistochemisty.The relationship between nm23-H 1 expression and several parameters of nephroblastoma were analyzed.Results: The positive expression of nm23-H 1 genes was associated with the stages,the grades and the lymph node metastasis,but it was correlates with the age and sex of the patients as well as the tumor type.Conclusion: The nm23-H 1 gene in nephroblastoma could inhibit the lymph node metastasis of carcinoma,there for it serve as a parameter to judge the malignancy and progression together with prognosis. |
