| 摘 要： | 目的:研究并制定乙肝解毒胶囊(黄柏、大黄)的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对乙肝解毒胶囊中黄柏和大黄进行定性鉴别。结果:用薄层色谱法能很好地检出黄柏和大黄。结论:本法简便可行,结果准确,为该制剂的质量控制提供了方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study and draw up the meth od of monitoring the qualities of the Antidotal Capsules Against Hepatitis B .(espe cially to Phellocendron Amurense ahd Rheum Officinale).Methods Ado pt TLC to conduct qualitative Indentification of Phellodendron amurense and Rheu m officinale in the Antidotal Capsules Against Hepatitis B.Results TLC is the best way to test Phellodendron amurense and Rheum officinale. Conclusion This method is so easy to operate, simple and convenient that it can be used for monitoring the quality of this medicament. |
